5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Linked and Diamond subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Subscription pricing and platform features may change over time.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
• 876Match does not guarantee matches, compatibility, replies, conversations, dates, or relationship outcomes.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods, unused features, compatibility outcomes, conversations, user interactions, or platform dissatisfaction.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually in limited situations such as duplicate billing or technical errors.

7. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of the payment system may result in account suspension, restriction, removal of premium features, or permanent platform bans.

8. Safety & Offline Interactions

• Users should exercise caution when communicating with people online.
• Do not share passwords, banking information, sensitive documents, or home addresses with users you recently met online.
• Users should avoid sending money to individuals they met through the platform.
• Meeting another user offline is done entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment or threats
• Scams or fraudulent behavior
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Impersonation or stolen photos
• Sharing illegal or explicit content
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes

10. Reports & Moderation

Users may report suspicious, inappropriate, threatening, or fraudulent behavior. 876Match reserves the right to investigate reports and take moderation action when necessary.

11. Intellectual Property

876Match branding, design elements, logos, and platform content remain the property of 876Match unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

876Match is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility, relationships, or user behavior.
